    Apple: very strong demand for machine. I prefer to launch PhotoMechanic and manually start the ingest process. But if you want a 'full auto' solution: - you can use Keyboard Maestro to trigger a macro that automatically copies files from the SD card to a folder on your Mac (using the 'Mounted Volume Trigger') - you can use Hazel to do the same - use Automator and use folder actions.
